Patty is from LaPorte, Indiana and currently living in Carthage Indiana. She started her career in the title industry in LaPorte. She is very detailed oriented and pays close attention to every step of the title process. She is dedicated and reliable and highly dependable as a title examiner and manager. She enjoys working with customers and relishes the challenge of solving problems finding ways to streamline and solve issues. Clients can depend on Patty for thorough research of an issue. Patty does searches and examining of titles and produces title commitment. She loves her family and spends a lot of time with her husband, her two children, and eight grandchildren.

Responsible for working up preliminary CD’s and ALTA’s, obtaining payoffs on mortgages, liens and sewer fees, getting HOA assessment letters and contacting realtors, lenders and mobile closers to set files for closing dates, times and locations. Becca’s previous experience includes working at a title company in New Castle for 7 years where she was a title searcher and was responsible for searching title at the courthouse, checking for open mortgages, make sure taxes were current, and judgment searching buyers and sellers. Becca was also responsible for typing commitments, scheduling closings and helped the closers in that office obtain mortgage payoffs and update title work. She had additional duties of filing, answering phones and helping customers that came in to the office.

Jen Staggs is from Martinsville, Indiana, having extensive experience in the title industry and previously as a loan officer. She’s been in sales and marketing for over 22 years and enjoys the excitement of helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. Jen is very dedicated to the LETS team and all of her clients and will ensure a smooth closing process for all parties involved.

With over 40 years in the title industry, Shannon searches, examines and prepares title commitments for transactions. She is known throughout the industry and specializes in research for Surveyors, Attorneys, DNR, Indiana Department of Transportation, Railroad Companies, Underwriters, Utility Companies, City and County Officials and Agencies. The research includes rights and/or grants to use roads, access easements, widths of Right of Ways, and Railroads and making sure who has rights to a parcel of ground. She has done in depth research pertaining to various Burial Grounds and/or private cemeteries, Movements of Creeks/Rivers (particularly White River’s change of course in Morgan County), and Quiet Title actions.

I have had over 25 years’ experience in the title industry.  I have had experience throughout all phases that involve in getting a title product prepared and finalized beginning with the order entry, searching, title preparation, escrow closing and disbursing, and preparing the title policy that reaches the hands of the owners and lenders.  My current position with Let’s Title is now focused on the title side which includes the research, examination, preparation of title e reports and commitments, assistance in obtaining specific items needed to clear title for closing and/or the final title policy.  That is just a brief explanation of my daily tasks.  We all know there are several “behind the scenes” things that each of employees do that seem minor but are still necessary to assist our clients have a clear title policy and smooth closing.  All our staff handles a number of these “unseen extra” details to try to enable our customers have the best possible service and experience for title and closing.  It all of staff working together that allows our customers to have a satisfactory closing and good title product.
