Candace Broady and her dad started Lenders Escrow and Title Services in 2004. With an office in Indianapolis and one opening in Shelbyville. She is ready to serve you and your customers. Candy is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Economics and an advanced degree in law. Candace is able to provide personalized service in connection with her customers on a personal and professional level. She has experience in residential and commercial title work and is also the managing partner for Broady Law Firm. Title Examiner / Title Manager-Over 38 years in the title industry
Patty is from LaPorte, Indiana and currently living in Carthage Indiana. She started her career in the title industry in LaPorte. She is very detailed oriented and pays close attention to every step of the title process. She is dedicated and reliable and highly dependable as a title examiner and manager. She enjoys working with customers and relishes the challenge of solving problems finding ways to streamline and solve issues. Clients can depend on Patty for thorough research of an issue. Patty does searches and examining of titles and produces title commitment. She loves her family and spends a lot of time with her husband, her two children, and eight grandchildren.
Regional Sales Manager-Over 15 years in the title industry
Jen Staggs is from Martinsville, Indiana having extensive experience as a loan officer on the lending side. She's been in sales and marketing for over 10 years and enjoys the excitement of closing loans for customers. She loves to help and assist people and does a lot of volunteer work around the state. Currently, she is a member of the Mooresville, Martinsville, Plainfield, Chamber of Commerce. She is the Morgan County MIBOR chair for 2017-2018, previous BNI VP and previous president. She sits on the Morgan County Leadership Academy as chairperson and sits on the United Way Advisory Board and part of the United Way Read-Up program. Jen would love to serve any and all of your title needs.
Closing Manager-Over 15 years in the title industry
Lola is from Pendleton, Indiana and handles the closing process from the beginning to the end of funding. People in the area rely on her to answer any questions regarding the loan process. She works closely with the realtors to help streamline the buying and selling of properties. She enjoys working with people stepping them through the process. She is a hard worker and very dedicated to getting the work done properly while help guides people through the transaction process. She is an active volunteer with the Pendleton Business Association. She is an active mom volunteering at multiple sporting events her children's school.

Bonnie serves as a liaison between our office staff and our customers and has served in many customer service and administrative roles with United Air Lines, TriMedx and for the last 10 years with Citizens Bank, where she had developed many long-standing relationships in the community. Bonnie is extremely customer service driven, organized and meticulous!
Search & Examiner
With over 40 years in the title industry, Shannon searches, examines and prepares title commitments for transactions. She is known throughout the industry and specializes in research for Surveyors, Attorneys, DNR, Indiana Department of Transportation, Railroad Companies, Underwriters, Utility Companies, City and County Officials and Agencies. The research includes rights and/or grants to use roads, access easements, widths of Right of Ways, and Railroads and making sure who has rights to a parcel of ground. She has done in depth research pertaining to various Burial Grounds and/or private cemeteries, Movements of Creeks/Rivers (particularly White River’s change of course in Morgan County), and Quiet Title actions.
Closing Schedule Coordinator
Responsible for working up preliminary CD’s and ALTA’s, obtaining payoffs on mortgages, liens and sewer fees, getting HOA assessment letters and contacting realtors, lenders and mobile closers to set files for closing dates, times and locations. Becca’s previous experience includes working at a title company in New Castle for 7 years where she was a title searcher and was responsible for searching title at the courthouse, checking for open mortgages, make sure taxes were current, and judgment searching buyers and sellers. Becca was also responsible for typing commitments, scheduling closings and helped the closers in that office obtain mortgage payoffs and update title work. She had additional duties of filing, answering phones and helping customers that came in to the office.
